Wipe smudges/fingerprints off door frames and doors

Remove trash and clean (when needed) trash cans

Bathrooms-
Dust/wipe ceiling fans and wall ornaments
Vacuum and or wipe down air vents, baseboard and window sills
Polish mirrors
Scrub down all tiles, fiberglass in tub/shower area
Remove soap build up from tile, grout and corners
Spray down any mildew to remove
Clean glass shower door inside and out and polish all faucets
Clean and dry sinks
Clean and sanitize toilet (inside and out)
Shake bathroom rugs and return when floor is dry
Wipe down door frames, doors and switch plates
Clean cabinet faces of any dirt and splash marks
Consolidate trash and clean (when needed) trash can
Vacuum and mop the floor.
Initial Cleaning-
On our first visit, if it’s dirty, it’s cleaned. It’s that simple! Those areas that don’t get around to cleaning often will be given some TLC. Doors will be dusted down and wiped with a wet sponge to remove all marks and dust build up. Dirt and dust build up on fans will be wiped clean with a wet cloth. Cabinet faces in bathrooms and kitchen will be cleaned of spots and splash marks. Door frames will be wiped clean and the tops of all door frames dusted. All ceiling fans and baseboards will be cleaned with a wet sponge if needed to remove the build up of dust. All vents will be vacuumed to remove dust build up. The kitchen window over your sink with all the splash marks will be taken care of. All window sills will be wiped down with a wet sponge if there are marks and stains. Once all these areas are taken care of then upkeep is simple and you’ll never need an initial cleaning again. If you decide to use us weekly or bi-weekly all of these initial cleaning areas will be attended to on a rotating basis each visit to reduce the amount of your bill.

Office Cleaning
The whole office will be dusted, vacuumed and mopped. We’ll get into all the nooks and crannies. We’ll be dusting in front of, on, and behind your computers. Your trash cans will be emptied and cleaned. Bathrooms and kitchens will be cleaned and disinfected. Your refrigerator will be cleaned inside and out. All furniture will be dusted and polished. Baseboards, air vents, window sills will be vacuumed and/or wiped down. Doors and door frames will be cleaned of marks and fingerprints. We want you to have a clean office so you’ll keep us coming back. Tell us any additional cleaning needs and we’ll be happy to accommodate.
